The App is an information aggregation tool that displays publicly available activity announcements, trading competitions, Alpha token information, and other data from Binance exchange. The App does not facilitate trading, custody of assets, or financial transactions of any kind.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not:

The App provides information display only and does not constitute investment advice, financial advice, or any recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any cryptocurrency or financial instrument. Users are solely responsible for their own investment decisions.
The App displays data sourced from Binance's public API. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to Binance in any way. All Binance trademarks and data are the property of Binance Holdings Ltd.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to financial losses from investment decisions.
The App may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without notice, for any reason. Upon termination, your license to use the App is immediately revoked.
This EULA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first.
We reserve the right to modify this EULA at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
